Sinter-Plate Dust Collector

The sinter-plate dust collector utilizes a unique wave-pattern sinter-plate filter element, replacing the traditional cloth bag filter. The sinter-plate is primarily used in dust removal systems. Its vertically installed plastic-fired plate offers several advantages, such as easy installation and maintenance, a large filtration area, and strong dust removal capability, making it ideal for flue gas treatment with high dust concentrations.

Specifications:

- Dimensions: 1550mm (L) × 488mm (W) × 50mm (T)

- Veneer filter area: 5㎡ (4.5 times the filtration area of a filter bag with the same volume)

- Service life: Up to 10 years

The sinter-plate reduces the overall footprint and maintenance costs of dust removal equipment. Its high dust removal efficiency is achieved through a PTFE-coated surface combined with a high-quality substrate, providing excellent chemical stability, hydrophobicity, oil resistance, wear resistance, and stable performance at low maintenance costs.

Advantages:

1. High dust removal precision: With micron-level filter apertures, the sinter-plate removes 100% of dust particles larger than 1μm, while effectively filtering most dust particles above 0.1μm.

2. Large filtration area: The corrugated design of the filter surface increases the filtration area to 3-6 times that of a filter bag with the same volume.

3. Strong self-cleaning ability: The rigid structure ensures that back-blown air directly impacts the dust on the filter surface, resulting in efficient cleaning without obstruction or buffering.

4. Hydrophobic and oleophobic properties: The sinter-plate substrate, made from various polymers with different densities, is coated with PTFE that penetrates deep into its pores, forming a fine pore structure that resists both water and oil.

5. Long service life: With high strength and toughness, the sinter-plate withstands the repeated impact of high-pressure air thousands of times per day. Its wear resistance is over four times greater than steel, and its resistance to acids, alkalis, and self-cleaning capability gives it a lifespan of over 10 years.

6. Consistent pressure and stable resistance: The wave-type filter captures dust on the resin-coated surface, which is smooth and prevents dust from adhering. Any fine dust entering the cavity is immediately blown away by the set pulse of compressed air, ensuring no clogging occurs within the filter element.
