working principle

The dusty gas enters the filtering space through the intake flue, passes through the inlet equipped with an inlet, passes through the diversion system, and enters the filtering space. When the dusty gas passes through the bag, the dust is trapped outside the bag. The filtered clean gas passes through the upper box and lift valve inside the bag, and is discharged into the chimney through the outlet flue through the induced draft fan. Finally, it enters the desulfurization tower or is discharged into the atmosphere.

As the filtration progresses, the dust on the outer surface of the bag continuously thickens, causing the difference between the inside and outside of the bag to increase. When the preset parameter value is reached, the PLC automatic control system sends a signal to perform offline or online dust cleaning. At this time, the pulse valve opens, and the dust on the outer surface of the bag is separated from the bag by the jet air flow and falls into the ash hopper. The dust in the ash hopper is discharged through the ash conveying system.

The entire filtration system is controlled by a PLC controller, which can be controlled automatically, timed, pressurized, or manually.
